Terms

ATSMATRIX is the operator desk of Anyelo Encarnacion. Accounts, licenses, and payments bind to the signed-in identity. Do not share license keys. Private packs are for the purchasing operator unless the owner grants a seat. Public demos (Collision, Horizon, Nexus, Prism) stay free. Paid classroom content after lesson 01, Studio vault files, and Pro packs require a completed PayPal order on this account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the forum, support desk, or other members.

Privacy

This policy explains what ATSMATRIX collects, why, and how to reach us. Using the site means you agree to it.

Data we collect

  • Account: name, email, password hash or Google/X sign-in identifiers, handle, profile fields you save (bio, location, links, avatar, banner, neon, motion).
  • Desk activity: forum threads and replies, support tickets, files and notes you upload, course progress, presence path, last-seen time.
  • Purchases: pack id, amount, PayPal return token, license key bound to your account, verified-badge status.
  • Technical: IP address, user agent, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the desk secure.
  • Advertising: AdSense may collect device and cookie data as described below.

How we use it

We use this data to run ATSMATRIX: sign you in, bind licenses in Studio, deliver courses, show public profiles you choose to publish, answer Support, moderate the forum, and keep staff tools working. We do not sell member lists. Owner/staff can see account history needed to operate the desk (orders, tickets, logs).

Authentication

Sign-in is email and password, Google, or X. Session cookies (and a bearer token in the live preview iframe) prove who you are. Sign out from the header. Store, Learn, Forum, Studio, Support, Files, Notes, and Account require a session. Home, About, Legal, FAQ, and this policy are public.

PayPal

Payments go to PayPal at anyelored123@gmail.com. We do not store your full PayPal password or card number. After you pay, PayPal returns you to Studio with a token so we can mark the pack paid and write a license on this account. PayPal’s own privacy policy applies to the checkout page.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the session and CSRF protection. Advertising cookies may be set by Google AdSense on public pages (Home, About) and on signed-in catalog pages (Store, Forum, Learn index) so ads can be shown and measured. You can block advertising cookies in your browser; the desk still works, ads may be generic.

Advertising / Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense (publisher ca-pub-2921550490306959) to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or advertising IDs to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where allowed. See Google Privacy and Google Ads. Our ads.txt lists this publisher. We do not place ads on Login, Admin, Desk bot, Support ticket threads, or paid lesson bodies.

Retention and export

We keep account, purchase, and support records while the desk needs them to honor licenses and disputes. Export your profile from Account. To delete an account, write Support from the signed-in desk.
